These Subscription Terms apply to recurring Ride Hermes memberships sold by Burs Labs, LLC. They supplement the general Terms of Service.
Ride Hermes may offer monthly and annual membership plans. The available plan options, pricing, and features shown at checkout are part of your subscription offer.
Unless you cancel before renewal, your subscription renews automatically at the recurring interval shown when you subscribe. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method on file for renewal charges, taxes, and any other disclosed recurring amounts.
Your first charge is generally processed at the time you start your subscription. Renewal charges are generally processed at the beginning of each new billing period unless the applicable billing provider uses a different timing model.
Web subscriptions purchased through Stripe may be managed through Ride Hermes billing management tools or the Stripe-hosted billing portal when available. If you cancel, your cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless we expressly state otherwise.
If you subscribe through Apple or Google, billing, cancellation, and many refund decisions are handled by the applicable app store and its billing systems. In those cases, you may need to manage your subscription through the relevant store account settings rather than through Ride Hermes directly.
Membership benefits generally begin after successful payment confirmation and continue through the active paid period, subject to service availability, fraud review, suspension, termination, or refund and chargeback reversals where allowed by law.
We may change subscription pricing or plan structure in the future. If we do, the updated terms will apply prospectively as allowed by law and by the applicable billing platform rules.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry billing through the payment provider, mark the subscription past due, limit access to membership benefits, or cancel or expire the subscription if payment is not successfully collected.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and by the rules of the payment provider used for the purchase. Some subscription payments may be non-refundable except where required by law, where a duplicate charge occurred, or where we choose to make an exception.
We may limit, suspend, expire, or revoke membership access if a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
